International Office

Welcome to the International Office at MPI-TM!

Each year, our institute receives a large number of students, interns, doctoral researchers, postdocs and senior scientists from all parts of the world. Our purpose is to provide you, our newcomers, with support and information which will enable a smooth transit into a successful and exciting work period at the institute.

For general information, we recommend the guide book 'Living and working in Germany' provided by the Max Planck Society. Additionally, our 'Visitor guide to the MPI-TM Marburg' provides detailed information on many aspects of life in Marburg and you will receive a copy of this document from the Human Resources.

Further information and valuable resources are available also in our intranet page (institutional account needed for access).
