Inclusion Coordinator at our Institute

Inclusion officers represent the employer on administrative matters, monitor the internal implementation of the employer’s obligations (e.g., workplaces accessible to people with disabilities), and serve as the employer’s representative in dealings with external agencies (Office for Integration/Employment Agency).

The works council or MPG’s central representative body for employees with severe disabilities remains the point of contact for individual matters concerning employees with severe disabilities (receiving complaints, providing advice and support to those affected, and participating in consultations regarding terminations or hiring).
