DynaPore spinoff
“From signal to action, effortlessly”
About us
DynaPore is a spin-off from Tobias Erb’s group at MPI-Marburg developing stable membrane chip technologies for ionic current measurements. Our MemChip platform enables online evaluation of ionic current across membranes for applications and research on ion channels, nanopores, antimicrobial peptides, and cell-free expression systems. We also build immunodiagnostic applications enabled by our patented Conformation Effect Transistor: an engineered flexible ion channel functionalized with antibodies for rapid bioelectronic detection of defined targets.
We offer membrane chip (MemChip) variants suitable physiological membrane systems, as well as stable tethered membranes. Our Stable MemChip architecture allows stabilize membranes under aqueous conditions for hours to days.
The platform also supports customized configurations for point-of-need and field-based applications.
