Transmission electron microscopy

Jeol JEM-1400 Plus 120kV Transmission Electron Microscope with cryo equipment and high-precision goniometer for tomographic reconstruction and for visualization of cellular ultrastructures in routine transmission electron microscopy. Equipped with a LaB6 emitter providing high resolution imaging and digital image acquisition with a Ruby 8 megapixel CCD camera. Accelerating Voltage: 40-120 kV; Magnification: Standard  800x to 800,000x, Selected Area: 2,000x to 300,000x, Low Magnification: 50x to 1,000x; Resolving Power: 3.8 Angstroms (point to point) and 2.0 Angstroms (lattice).
